General provisions
1.1. Use of the website ukrindex.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is regulated by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.2. The Agreement may be changed unilaterally by the Site Administration without special notification to Users. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Internet at https://ukrindex.ru/en/terms/ .
1.3. The User is obliged to familiarize himself with this Agreement before registering on the Site. The User’s registration on the Site means the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
User Registration, User Account
2.1. The User’s registration on the Website is free, voluntary and is made at the following address on the Internet: https://ukrindex.ru/en/ .
2.2. The User of the Site is an individual registered on the Site in accordance with the procedure established by this Regulation, who has reached the age allowed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for accepting this Agreement (previously and hereinafter — the User).
2.3. The User independently ensures the confidentiality of his login and password when registering on the ukrindex website. The user has no right to transfer his login and password to third parties, is fully responsible for their safety, independently choosing the method of storing them.
2.4. Unless the User proves otherwise, any actions performed using the User’s username and password are considered to have been performed by the corresponding User.
2.5. In case of unauthorized access to the login and password and/or to the User’s personal account, or the distribution of the login and password, the User is obliged to immediately inform the Site Administration about this in accordance with the established procedure.
2.6. Termination of registration. The Site Administration has the right to block or delete the User’s account without explaining the reasons, including in case of violation of the terms of the Agreement by the User.
2.7. To delete your account, the User must send a request to the Site Administration at the address – https://ukrindex.ru/en/contacts/ . The account is deleted by the Site Administration within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of such a request.
Obligations of the parties
3.1. The site user has the right to:
3.1.1. Make an application for services provided by the Site or order goods on the site that the user will be able to purchase.
3.2. When using the Site, the User does not have the right:
3.2.1. Upload, send, transmit or in any other way post and / or distribute information that is illegal, malicious, defamatory, offends morality, demonstrates (or is propaganda) violence and cruelty, violates intellectual property rights, promotes hatred and / or discrimination of people on racial, ethnic, sexual, religious, social grounds, contains insults against any persons or organizations and other information that violates the legislation of the Russian Federation;
3.2.2. Violate the rights of third parties, including minors, and / or cause them harm in any form;
3.2.3. Impersonate another person or a representative of an organization and / or community without sufficient rights, including employees of the Site Administration, the moderator of forums, the owner of the Site, as well as use any other forms and methods of illegal representation of other persons on the network, as well as mislead users about the properties and characteristics of any subjects or objects;
3.2.4. Upload, send, transmit or in any other way post and/or distribute information, in the absence of rights to such actions under the law or any contractual relationship;
3.2.5. Upload, send, transmit or in any other way post and/or distribute advertising information, spam, lists of other people’s email addresses, contact information that is not specifically permitted;
3.2.6. upload, send, transmit or in any other way post and / or distribute any materials containing viruses or other computer codes, files or programs designed to disrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunications equipment or programs for unauthorized access, as well as placing links to the above information;
3.2.7. Unauthorized collection, storage or distribution of personal data of other persons;
3.2.8. Disrupt the normal operation of the Site;
3.2.9. Promote actions aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions imposed by the Agreement;
3.2.10. Otherwise violate the norms of legislation, including the norms of international law.
3.3. The User is personally responsible for any information that he places on the Site, informs other Users, as well as for any interactions with other Users carried out at his own risk.
3.4. The Site is not responsible for the damage caused to the user’s equipment, if it occurred as a result of clicking on the links posted on the Site.
3.5. The Site Administration ensures the functioning and operability of the Site and undertakes to promptly restore its operability in case of technical failures and interruptions. The Site Administration is not responsible for temporary failures and interruptions in the work of the Site and the loss of information caused by them. The Administration is not responsible for any damage to the User’s computer or another person, mobile devices, any other equipment or software caused by or related to downloading materials from links posted on the Site.
3.6. The Site Administration has the right to delete the User’s account, including in the case of a systematic violation by the latter of the rules for using the Site.
3.7. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this User Agreement, change the Site, including changing or adding sections, changing the design, etc.
3.8. The Site Administration has the right to refuse the Site User to form an application or order for the delivery of the selected product in case of violation of the terms of the Agreement by the User.
Personal data
4.1. By registering on the Site, the User freely, at his own will and in his own interests gives the full and unconditional consent of the Site Administration to the processing of his personal data provided by the User in accordance with the consent text posted at https://ukrindex.ru/en/terms/ . The User also confirms that he is familiar with the ukrindex Policy regarding the processing of personal data, posted at https://ukrindex.ru/en/privacy-policy/ . At the same time, the Site Administration will not need a written form or other evidence for additional confirmation of the User’s free will.
4.2. By registering on the Site, the User agrees that, since within the framework of the Site’s service, the User’s e-mail address, phone number is the User’s identifier chosen by him to receive the order. The withdrawal of the User’s consent to the transfer of the phone number entails the impossibility of executing orders generated on the Site.
Third-party websites and content
5.1. The Website may contain links to third-party websites on the Internet. These third parties and their sites are not checked by the Site Administration for compliance with the requirements of current legislation (reliability, completeness, legality, etc.). The Site Administration is not responsible for any information, materials posted on third-party sites that the User accesses when clicking on links from the Site, including.
5.2. A link (in any form) to any website, product, service, or any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Website does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of these products (services, activities) by the Site Administration, except in cases where this is directly indicated on the Site resources.
Lack of guarantees, limitation of liability
6.1. The User uses the Website at his own risk. The services are provided “as is”. The Site Administration does not assume any responsibility, including for the compliance of the Site with the User’s goals.
6.2. The Site Administration does not guarantee that: the services meet / will meet the User’s requirements; the services will be provided continuously, quickly, reliably and without errors; the quality of any product, service, information, etc.obtained using the services will meet the User’s expectations.
6.3. Under no circumstances shall the Site Administration or its representatives be liable to Users or to any third parties for damage, including lost profits, damage to honor, dignity or business reputation, caused in connection with the use of the Site, the content of the Site or other materials that Users or other persons have accessed through the Site.
Other provisions
7.1. If for one reason or another one or more provisions of this Agreement are declared invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
